• While Beezer Eats! is heavily rooted in American barbecue, it is not straight-forward barbecue. The menu is packed with personality and global influences. From crispy spareribs dusted with harissa dry rub to birria-filled dim sum served with cheese crust and birria jus. For those looking for something bigger, options like the Firebird Sandwich with smoked chicken thigh and jalapeño honey or the Boujie Bahn Mi with five spice pork loin and miso mayo take center stage.
